What You'll Be Doing- Shaping Reward Strategy - Analyse salary and market data to maintain competitive pay structures.
- Driving Fair Pay Practices - Conduct job evaluations and bench marking.
- Supporting Business Growth - Assist in the annual pay review process, budgeting, and recommendations.
- Enhancing Employee Benefits - Evaluate, propose, and manage benefit schemes.
- Encouraging High Performance - Design and implement incentive schemes, including bonuses and recognition programmes.
- Delivering Insightful Analytics - Generate reports on pay trends, equity, and cost analysis.
- Ensuring Compliance - Keep all reward programmes aligned with legal and company standards.
- Collaborating Across Teams - Work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to align rewards with company goals.
- Being a Trusted Advisor - Act as a key point of contact for employee reward and benefits queries.
? Experience in a fast-paced reward role, managing multiple priorities.? Strong knowledge of reward and benefits platforms.? Previous experience in the professional services sector (desirable).? Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).? A proactive and detail-focused mindset.? Strong communication skills, able to engage with all levels of staff.? A passion for creating fair and motivating reward structures.
