What You'll Be Doing
  • Shaping Reward Strategy - Analyse salary and market data to maintain competitive pay structures.
  • Driving Fair Pay Practices - Conduct job evaluations and bench marking.
  • Supporting Business Growth - Assist in the annual pay review process, budgeting, and recommendations.
  • Enhancing Employee Benefits - Evaluate, propose, and manage benefit schemes.
  • Encouraging High Performance - Design and implement incentive schemes, including bonuses and recognition programmes.
  • Delivering Insightful Analytics - Generate reports on pay trends, equity, and cost analysis.
  • Ensuring Compliance - Keep all reward programmes aligned with legal and company standards.
  • Collaborating Across Teams - Work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to align rewards with company goals.
  • Being a Trusted Advisor - Act as a key point of contact for employee reward and benefits queries.
What You'll Bring

? Experience in a fast-paced reward role, managing multiple priorities.? Strong knowledge of reward and benefits platforms.? Previous experience in the professional services sector (desirable).? Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).? A proactive and detail-focused mindset.? Strong communication skills, able to engage with all levels of staff.? A passion for creating fair and motivating reward structures.
