Reward Specialist

London(EC2N) - hybrid working
We’re looking for a Reward Specialist to join a leading global law firm! This exciting role offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH) and will see you supporting the Head of Compensation & Benefits with key tasks such as salary surveys, diversity pay gap reporting, and annual remuneration reviews.
- We’re seeking someone with experience in compensation within professional services (preferably legal), strong numerical and analytical skills, and a good understanding of tools like SAP SuccessFactors.
- You’ll also need advanced MS Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) and an eye for detail.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
