Reward Specialist

London(EC2N) - hybrid working

We’re looking for a Reward Specialist to join a leading global law firm! This exciting role offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH) and will see you supporting the Head of Compensation & Benefits with key tasks such as salary surveys, diversity pay gap reporting, and annual remuneration reviews.

We’re seeking someone with experience in compensation within professional services (preferably legal), strong numerical and analytical skills, and a good understanding of tools like SAP SuccessFactors.
You’ll also need advanced MS Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) and an eye for detail.
A customer-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
