We are looking for an experienced Reward Specialist to join our client on a fully remote temporary basis.

Our client is looking for a candidate with strong expertise in Hay methodology, job evaluation, and pay modelling who can hit the ground running.

The Role:

  • Conduct job evaluations using the Hay methodology
  • Support pay modelling and compensation reviews
  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure fair and consistent reward structures
