35 hours Monday To Friday
We are looking for an experienced Reward Specialist to join our client on a fully remote temporary basis.
Our client is looking for a candidate with strong expertise in Hay methodology, job evaluation, and pay modelling who can hit the ground running.
The Role:
- Conduct job evaluations using the Hay methodology
- Support pay modelling and compensation reviews
- Work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure fair and consistent reward structures
