As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our UK Social Care Division, you will be responsible for:

• Cold Calling & Business Development: Contacting clients and candidates in the UK social care sector. This involves substantial phone work to generate new business and manage vacancies.
• Market Focus: Building and managing a network of candidates and clients in the UK social care industry, handling multiple roles and opportunities.
• Managing the Full Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process-from sourcing candidates to securing placements. You will also handle client communication to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Market Building: Develop and expand your market by building strong candidate and client bases, fostering relationships, and driving revenue.

We are looking for sharp, driven individuals who are passionate about sales and recruitment. While academic degrees are not a primary requirement, we value practical skills and sharp thinking. For this role, fluency in English is essential due to the focus on the UK market. Key qualities include:
