We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and forward-thinking SENDCo to start in April. The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership of a thriving and highly successful SEN department, be well-qualified and have excellent subject knowledge of SEN.

The SENDCo must be able to establish excellent relationships with students and colleagues, be flexible and show evidence of their ability to work well within a team, as well as being able to demonstrate clear leadership qualities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
