Excellent opportunity for a Client Relationship Executive looking to step up, or a Senior BD Executive looking to specialise.

We are pleased to be working with this leading global law firm who have a brilliant reputation and a superb culture that is innovative, collaborative and inclusive.

Due to continued growth and success, they are looking for a Senior Client Relationship Executive to join their existing, highly regarded team in London.

This role will see the successful candidate managing a portfolio of global key clients, as well as the opportunity to work on a range of exciting firmwide projects. The remit of the role is varied and will include:

  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop and implement impactful client development plans.
  • Leading on annual client reviews and ensure regular relationship audits are undertaken to ensure key client objectives are met and relevant client feedback is actioned.
  • Researching and analysing client and sector insights, sharing with stakeholders where relevant.
  • Managing pipeline information to ensure opportunities are accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Supporting the pitch process where relevant, ensuring that client specific information and insights are shared with the project team to enable a bespoke approach.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to leverage relevant thought leadership content and campaigns.
  • Developing direct relationships with various points of contact within the client portfolio.
  • Liaising with internal teams to develop pricing models and efficient billing and invoicing processes. Communicate operational improvements and potential value add initiatives internally.

The successful candidate for this Senior Client Relationship Executive will possess:

  • Previous account management and/or BD experience gained in a legal or professional services environment.
  • High levels of commercial acumen.
  • Experience of CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent client service.
  • A natural problem-solving style, able to provide proactive solutions and manage client expectations.
