Veritas Education are looking for a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our expanding London Office.

As a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier educational candidates for our schools. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional service throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

Forge strong connections with schools to comprehend their staffing requirements and preferences.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans.
Coordinate interviews, trial days, and onboarding processes for successful candidates.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates and schools throughout the placement process.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the recruitment market.
Business development with new and existing schools.
Meet weekly targets and KPIs set in conjunction with your manager
Sourcing and shortlisting CVs, and register education staff to fill school vacancies.
Searching jobs sites for CVs
Utilising the company database to recruit candidates
Writing job adverts to attract candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Writing candidate profiles

Key skills required:

Previous sales experience.
