Salary up to £65,000
London’s most specialist construction consultancy is looking to add a Senior Employers Agent to its major projects team. Focused on the residential sector you will work on large new build mixed use, regeneration and block apartment schemes valuing up to £100m.
As a company they are focused on the London and South East market meaning you will avoid lengthy commutes to project sites which will help you get a better work-life balance. In the role you will work with local authority, housing association and private sector clients with a view to tackling London’s growing demand on for housing. Recent regeneration projects undertaken have included £25m scheme in Kent which provided 250 new, mixed tenure dwellings and a £100m housing scheme in a London Borough.
Responsibilities:
Project managing and delivering large scale residential projects
Understanding and implementing project modelling and financial viability principles
Business development through repeat business and new clients
Also looking after; full project life cycle, knowledge of CDM, procurement routes and construction contracts.
Required:
Residential experience on behalf of public sector bodies
Mixed use & regeneration developments
Be able to take on designer duties
