Senior Employers Agent – Regeneration, Mixed Use, Residential

Central London or Kent to suit you

Salary up to £65,000

London’s most specialist construction consultancy is looking to add a Senior Employers Agent to its major projects team. Focused on the residential sector you will work on large new build mixed use, regeneration and block apartment schemes valuing up to £100m.

As a company they are focused on the London and South East market meaning you will avoid lengthy commutes to project sites which will help you get a better work-life balance. Another aspect of the work-life balance this firm insist on providing their staff is through their benefits package. In the role you will work with local authority, housing association and private sector clients with a view to tackling London’s growing demand on for housing. With the “housing crisis” in London reaching its peak in 2016 this firm has continued to win new business so you will have a steady stream of work to get involved with from the outset.

Recent regeneration projects undertaken have included £25m scheme in Kent which provided 250 new, mixed tenure dwellings and a £100m housing scheme in a London Borough.

Responsibilities:

Project managing and delivering large scale residential projects

Understanding and implementing project modelling and financial viability principles

Business development through repeat business and new clients

Also looking after; full project life cycle, knowledge of CDM, procurement routes and construction contracts.

Required:

Residential experience on behalf of public sector bodies

Mixed use & regeneration developments

Be able to take on designer duties
