Our client, a leading firm in the rail and public sector, is currently seeking a Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant. This contract role focuses on delivering exceptional recruitment services at executive level, ensuring the best talent is attracted, assessed, and appointed to key roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the full life cycle of the executive search process, including talent mapping, market mapping, and developing recruitment strategies
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead with data-driven insights to influence business strategy and talent decisions
  • Building internal capabilities by connecting leaders to the external talent market
  • Executing talent management and succession planning through targeted campaigns and reviewing talent pipelines
  • Developing and maintaining networks with industry contacts and suppliers
  • Implementing a range of attraction methodologies to ensure diversity and fair access to opportunities
  • Utilising various assessment and selection processes to make informed hiring decisions
  • Delivering services in accordance with key performance indicators, service level agreements, and HR policies
Required Experience
  • Extensive experience recruiting across complex business operations within a large matrix organisation. The preference is on operations, engineering and or construction but not mandatory
  • Must have either in house or a blend of in house and agency recruitment experience.
  • Proven success of executive level end to end, 360 recruitment processes and research techniques
  • A strong research background, market mapping and or talent profiling expertise
  • External developments and best practice in talent and resourcing
  • Executive level communication, coaching and influencing skills are critical to create credible and open relationships on talent
  • Organised, driven and passionate about talent acquisition and inquisitive to find out world class techniques
  • Driven to demonstrate the courageous ability to solve challenges with high levels of complexity
  • Must have strong communication skills, upwards, diagonally and horizontally
