Executive Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an Executive Recruitment Consultant with extensive experience in recruiting across complex business operations within a large matrix organisation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations, engineering, or construction, although this is not mandatory. The successful candidate will be instrumental in hiring senior leaders and must be adept at managing executive-level recruitment processes.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct end-to-end, 360-degree recruitment processes for executive positions.
  • Utilise advanced research techniques for market mapping and talent profiling.
  • Engage in talent acquisition, focusing on attracting top passive talent both internally and externally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of external developments and best practices in talent and resourcing.
  • Establish and maintain credible and open relationships with stakeholders through excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Organise and drive the recruitment process, demonstrating a proactive and inquisitive approach to adopting world-class recruitment techniques.
  • Address and solve complex challenges with a courageous and innovative approach.
  • Plan and organise recruitment activities meticulously, ensuring attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven success in executive-level recruitment within a large matrix organisation.
  • Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment settings.
  • Strong research, market mapping, and talent profiling skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong planning and organisational skills.
