Experienced Recruiter required for hybrid role in London recruiting graduates for consulting and technology graduate programmes throughout the UK
- £995 - £1140 per week ( before tax )
- Days Monday to Friday - with 1-2 days spent in London Office
- 37.5 hours per week
- Travel around the UK will be required - however travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by our client
- Ongoing contract for several months - immediate start for the right candidate
Principal Duties:
- Delivering events and attraction activities to students and graduates in university campus's in areas such as London, Newcastle, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds and Scotland
- Attracting candidates for consulting and technology graduate programmes in the UK -from backgrounds such as such as finance, IT, Legal and Procurement
- Building relationships with universities
- Designing innovative graduate attraction events
- Manage high volume graduate candidate applications
- Interviewing candidates
All Applicants to this role must have the following :
- Very good previous experience in high volume recruitment
- Experience in designing and organising online recruitment campaigns
- Experience in designing and organising recruitment attraction events
- A willingness to travel throughout the UK heading up recruitment events at numerous university campus's
- Experience in interviewing and selecting applicants
- Proficiency in using social media to attract applicants
- Strong Communication skills and a confident manner
