We are seeking a highly competent Senior HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support across two College sites in SE London.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the Senor HR Advisor will provide advice on employee relations, legislation guidance and contract issues.

You will deliver effective best practice across key operational areas including recruitment, onboarding & induction, terms & conditions of service, sickness absence management and employee relations cases.

Be familiar with HR information systems and you will be supported by a HR apprentice.

The successful candidate will educated to GCSE level including English & Maths and a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified or hold a relevant degree. You will be experienced in working with trade unions and have a solid understanding of the Burgundy Book. You will be up to date on employment legislation, be highly organised and can manage difficult and sensitive situations in a confidential and professional manner.
