Sonic Summary

The Senior HR Advisor role involves supporting Senior Managers with various employee relations (ER) cases, ranging from simple to complex situations.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably within construction, facilities, or retail sectors.
Expert knowledge in ER and strong stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.

Your new role

As the Senior HR Advisor you will support Senior Managers with the process on all ER related cases, which will include low-level to complex and sensitive cases. You will provide advice and guidance across all employee issues including disciplinary, sickness absence, grievance, performance, as well as managing TUPE, change and organisational, restructuring.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have come from a fast-paced and high-volume working environment, ideally a multidisciplined / matrix-type business in construction, facilities or retail etc.You will have expert knowledge around ER as well as a generalist remitHave managed senior stakeholder relationshipsBe CIPD L5 as minimum (or equivalent)
