Senior Recruitment Consultant - Tech Specialisms (London)

Are you an experienced Tech Recruiter with a passion for finding top talent in the worlds of Data, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, or Software Development? Do you have expertise recruiting for the US market, particularly in the Telecoms, Financial Services, or Aviation industries? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

The Role:As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing and placing high-calibre professionals across various tech sectors, specifically focusing on the US market. You'll be responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and offering expert advice to both clients and candidates. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to make their mark in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and build relationships with US-based clients in the tech, telecoms, financial services, and aviation sectors.
Source, screen, and place top candidates in Data, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Software Development roles for the US market.
Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to final placements.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and exceed KPIs.

Hours & Location:

Working Hours: US Hours - Monday to Thursday, 11am to 7pm, and Friday 9am to 5pm.
Location: Hybrid - London-based office - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
