The Management Recruitment Group is a boutique search consultancy which has a specialist public sector brand solely focused onFM appointments across higher education and associated sectors in life sciences, arts & cultureand the wider public sector. Our success is built on the expertise and contacts of our Directors, Managers and Senior Consultants. They possess in-depth market knowledge and benefit from establishedsenior contacts across their industries.

We have a nationwide remit and have partnered with many of the UK’s leading Russell Group institutions including the University of Oxford, Imperial College London, King’s College London and London School of Economics in addition to long standing relationships with many modern universities such as University of the Arts London. Other recent organisations we have represented include UK Parliament, Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, Royal Opera House, Institute of Cancer Researchand the Natural History Museum.

Working with our sector lead Michael Hewlett who has been in this space for 26 years, we are seeking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager to work across all retained search campaigns in building services and senior FM related roles.The post has arisen as the current consultant who has been with us for the last five years is emigrating. This is one of the most successful desks in our business and you will be able to leverage Michael Hewlett’s existing relationships to grow your personal brand.

Across the wider business we have a team of 30+recruiters based in our Monument office with an experienced team, where our team leaders have an average of over 12 years recruitment expertise. This has created a mature and professional environment where there is a great deal of know-how on hand. Everyone really contributes to the success, future, and direction of the business, with a team who work together and support each other. Our consultants work collaboratively on joint ventures to achieve campaign success.
