Then this firm and role could be for you. We are looking for a financial services recruiter who wants to become an elite biller (north of a million) in their market. You will be joining a firm of 9 ambitious head-hunters spearheaded by an ex market professional, who will provide you training and resources to deliver retained fee's for some of the most sort after work in the buyside space

In this company you will be travelling to New York and around London to meet top tier hedge funds and asset mangers offering a best in class service. As a 360 operator you will be dealing with every aspect of the role. This includes interacting with C-Level clients and candidates
The commission structure comes without a threshold with monthly pay-outs, meaning a £100k OTE year 1 is totally achievable - the last person we placed at the firm did exactly that , in what by most accounts was a tough year for the industry. There is an equity plan in place
Profile;
2 years + recruiting in financial market is needed, preferably in a front office capacity but will consider more other areas like risk and compliance. A passion for the sector and recruitment are preferred! Ideally you would have billed north of £200k and demonstrated longevity in your previous roles. If that's not the case - still do please apply and often their can be circumstances outside of your control that made that more challenging!
