This is a manager + player role, requiring strong operation capability to lead a team whilst driving personal income. This varied role includes:
- Managing high-volume temporary and permanent recruitment
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, including reference checks
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback and negotiate offers.
- Strong knowledge and experience in hospitality recruitment
- Extensive recruitment experience
- 40,000 - 55,000 basic, dependent on experience
