The Role:We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious recruiter to take ownership of the AV sector, working on both permanent and temporary placements. You will be responsible for business development, client management, and candidate sourcing, ensuring we continue to provide top-tier recruitment solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the AV sector.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and placements.

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Source high-quality candidates using various recruitment methods including job boards, networking, and direct headhunting.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

  • Work towards and exceed set targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the AV sector or a related technical field.

  • Strong understanding of both permanent and temporary recruitment processes.

  • A track record of business development and achieving recruitment targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Passion for the AV industry and recruitment.
