- Proven experience as a Recruiter within the HR or professional services sector, ideally at a senior level.
- Strong track record of delivering exceptional recruitment solutions and building long-term client relationships.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the UK financial sector or professional services industries is highly desirable.
