What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Recruiter within the HR or professional services sector, ideally at a senior level.
• Strong track record of delivering exceptional recruitment solutions and building long-term client relationships.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the UK financial sector or professional services industries is highly desirable.
