We are seeking an experienced architecture recruiter to lead our architecture portfolio in London. We have a warm client base that demand the best service in the market and as such we are seeking an experienced consultant who can lead this practice area with the option to grow and develop a team around them coupled with the support of a truly invested management team. We are looking for a consultant who knows the UK market and can demonstrate success in placing permanent and/or freelance architectural professionals.
About the Job:
- Further development of the Architecture offering for Amida's UK business working in conjunction with our Global Lead and UK management.
- Managing and ensuring continuity of business and client expectations are regularly exceeded through delivery of an excellent service.
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities and constantly developing your market awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking accountability for your recruitment pipeline ensuring you achieve consistent billings.
- Providing a client and candidate focused service that creates a reputation for quality and added value through strong business relationships.
We are open to candidates who either want to work within the organization or interested in taking up a franchise/operating under license within their own business.
