Description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at PageGroup, you will:

  • Drive the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, from acquiring high-value clients to managing placements across various industries.
  • Develop deep client relationships, acting as a strategic partner and providing consultative advice to solve their hiring needs effectively.
  • Utilise PageGroup's global resources and leverage our extensive database, industry insights, and tools to source top-tier candidates, building a trusted talent pipeline.
  • Identify and execute business development opportunities by expanding existing accounts and establishing new client relationships.
  • Achieve ambitious targets with the autonomy to shape your approach to client engagement, all while aligning with PageGroup's standards and values.

  • Extensive experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering exceptional results within a specialist or professional sector.
  • Advanced business development skills, with a proactive approach to client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, paired with a consultative mindset that understands client and candidate needs.
