Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture relationshipswith both new and existing schools.
- Visit schoolsto gain a deep understanding of their requirements and showcase how Prospero can support them.
- Attract top-tier education professionalsthat match the schools' needs and ethos.
- Manageadvertising campaignsacross job boards, social media, and our website.
- Interview and assessTeachers and Teaching Assistants.
- Successfullyfill school vacancieson both supply and contract bases.
- Aproven track recordin recruitment or sales.
- Solid experience withcompliance processesspecific to recruitment.
- A good understanding of theeducation recruitment industry(preferred).
