As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:? Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates? Identify new business opportunities and develop a robust client portfolio? Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates in your specialist sector? Meet and exceed billing targets, driving revenue and contributing to team success

?? 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience with a proven track record of billing (Ideally £200K+)?? Strong business development and relationship management skills?? A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for recruitment?? The ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player?? A desire to progress and develop within a growing business
