Demonstrable success as a talented Recruitment Consultant (c5 years+)
Support from a well-established, independent consultancy with 30+ years continuous success
A busy and successful client base in any sector, anywhere in the UK
Excellent track record of high billings and repeat business
Excellent business acumen
Strong business development and account management capabilities
A driven and results-focused nature
Exceptional communication skills
IT literate - solid knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work professionally from home
A proactive team player
An honest nature
Resilient and resourceful
Great sense of humour - essential
