- Develop strong relationships with prospective clients within the Professional Services industry.
- Understand clients' hiring needs, company culture, and strategic goals to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proactively source and attract high-calibre candidates through job boards, social media and networking events.
- Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening calls and interviews to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Create job descriptions and adverts to highlight the benefits and perks of working for our clients’ businesses.
- Attend client visits to gain insights into how each business works.
- +2 years of experience in end-to-end 360 recruitment
- Analytical with the ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of businesses that use recruitment agencies
- Comfortable working in a results-driven environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behaviour in all recruitment practices
- Salary from £28,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)
- Up to 30% commission on all net perm billings
