SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (EXEC LEVEL RECRUITMENT) - LONDON - 9 MONTH CONTRACT - £335 - £403 PER DAY

ARM are working with a leading transport organisation and we are currently recruiting for an experience Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team in London on a contract basis.

About You:* You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant and will have demonstrable experience of working with and placing Executive / C-Suite level candidates. * Your experience will be the full 360 cycle process. * You will have strong stakeholder communications and have the ability to take hiring manager guidance, while ensuring that candidates are supported and informed throughout the recruitment journey. * You will have a good understanding of recruitment law, practices and work well within governance structures. * You will also have good experience of working with recruitment data and a variety of sourcing methods.

What you will be doing:This position will be helping recruit for and manage the recruitment process from initial line manager instruction to candidate starting at Senior Management to Executive level appointments within a large transport organisation.

This position is working hybrid and is based in Central London. This will equate to 50 / 50 home and office working, but some weeks could be more than others and you will need flexibility to adapt.

This is offered as a contract position with a current end date for end of June 25, but may extend beyond this initial engagement period.

What you can expect in return:The rate for this position is between £335.70 and £403.54 per day (Umbrella) as this is Inside IR35.
