The Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in sourcing, managing, and placing high-caliber professionals within the Strategy and Consulting sectors. You will have the autonomy to manage your own desk, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and be a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and driven individual looking to take ownership of a thriving recruitment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to managing offers and placements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the strategy and consulting industry.
Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and industry insights.
Develop and expand your network of high-level candidates across strategy, management consulting, and transformation roles.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets through a mix of client development, account management, and candidate placement.
Mentor and support junior consultants where appropriate, contributing to the overall growth of the team.
Continuously identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client partnerships.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within Strategy and Consulting sectors.
A strong network within the strategy, management consulting, or professional services industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high standards of service.
Strong business development skills, with a proven track record in achieving revenue targets.
