Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy in the rail and public sectors, is currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Downloading applications and managing applicant data
  • Facilitating meetings with candidates
  • Sending invites to candidates and supporting with scheduling
  • Creating assessment packs to assist in the selection process
  • Helping to raise offers and ensuring candidate onboarding
Job Requirements:
  • Industry administrative experience in an office environment, ideally in a recruitment, resourcing or HR function
  • Experience in the strategic coordination of recruitment activities
  • Extensive attention to detail (essential and must be able to demonstrate this)
  • Driven and passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment - with a strong understanding of the full recruitment life-cycle
  • Experience and confidence to work with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Ideally have a blend of in house and agency experience
  • Proactive and takes initiative
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively to meet challenging deadlines
  • Experience of working with confidential information with high attention to detail
  • An understanding of HR policies, procedures and processes
  • Extensive communication skills; written, verbal and numerical
  • Experience of working with HR systems i.e. SAP, online recruitment tools etc.
  • Facilitation and delivery of senior stakeholder assessments
  • Strong Microsoft Office including Excel skills
  • Experienced with project management
  • Ideally have experience of using LinkedIn or other attraction methods to source
