Fantastic opportunity to join a brand new Private Equity backed Professional Services firm as their first Talent Lead. Within this role you will support the CPO on the scale up phase, responsible for end to end recruitment and candidate experience.

Our client is a brand new Private Equity backed Professional Services firm that has ambitious growth plans for the next 3-5 years.

Description

  • End to end management of the recruitment cycle
  • Looking at 100-150 roles hired in 12 month period
  • Liaising with partners, board and leaders across the business on crucial hires
  • Support in job brief creation through to interview stages
  • Liaise with agencies - manage the candidate cycle
  • Manage coordination of recruitment cycle from liaising with agencies to booking interviews through to offer
  • Support CPO with developing best practice recruitment process

Profile

  • Looking for ambitious Talent Lead to support the business through scale up phase.
  • Must have worked in Professional Services - ideally BIG 4 environment
  • Have managed end to end candidate cycle
  • Experience driving best in practice candidate journey
  • Ideally have experience of sourcing
  • Ideally experience working on consulting or CFO or Tax practice
