Description
- End to end management of the recruitment cycle
- Looking at 100-150 roles hired in 12 month period
- Liaising with partners, board and leaders across the business on crucial hires
- Support in job brief creation through to interview stages
- Liaise with agencies - manage the candidate cycle
- Manage coordination of recruitment cycle from liaising with agencies to booking interviews through to offer
- Support CPO with developing best practice recruitment process
Profile
- Looking for ambitious Talent Lead to support the business through scale up phase.
- Must have worked in Professional Services - ideally BIG 4 environment
- Have managed end to end candidate cycle
- Experience driving best in practice candidate journey
- Ideally have experience of sourcing
- Ideally experience working on consulting or CFO or Tax practice
