Position: Senior Teaching Recruitment Consultant

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in drivingrepeat businessby building strong, lasting relationships with schools and education professionals. You'll spend much of your timeengaging with clients and candidatesover the phone and in person, ensuring their needs are met with precision. This role suits candidates witheducation recruitment experienceor360 Recruitment Consultantsfrom other temporary recruitment backgrounds looking to make the switch to a more specialized sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationshipswith both new and existing schools.
  • Visit schoolsto gain a deep understanding of their requirements and showcase how Prospero can support them.
  • Attract top-tier education professionalsthat match the schools' needs and ethos.
  • Manageadvertising campaignsacross job boards, social media, and our website.
  • Interview and assessTeachers and Teaching Assistants.
  • Successfullyfill school vacancieson both supply and contract bases.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:
  • Aproven track recordin recruitment or sales.
