We are hiring an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading global banking organisations for the next 6-months within their IT & Tech function as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, based in East London.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and delivery of recruitment processes for their IT and tech roles, working with the human resources team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN-HOUSE AND FOR A LARGER MATRIX ORGANIZATION, WITH EXPERIENCE RECRUITING HIGH-VOLUME TECH & IT ROLES & FLUENT IN ARABIC LANGUAGE.

Duties:

  • Partner with the hiring managers to manage the full recruitment process.
  • Source applicants, screen CVs, interview candidates and provide shortlists.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in the business and provide feedback.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
  • Negotiate candidate offers.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience recruiting in-house for a larger matrix finance organization.
  • Experience recruiting high-volume Tech & IT positions.
  • Experience using Workday ATS.
  • Can demonstrate experience recruiting senior hires.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Can demonstrate end-to-end process management.
  • Fluent Arabic language.
