You will be responsible for:

Sourcing & Managing Candidates: Identifying top talent through various channels, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Matching Job Roles: Understanding client requirements and aligning candidates with the best opportunities.
Managing the Recruitment Cycle: From initial screening to interview coordination, feedback management, and offer stage support.
Ensuring Exceptional Service: Acting as the link between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth processes and high-quality placements.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to source, qualify, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously.
A people-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding candidate and client experiences.
Confidence, energy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
