Talent Acquisition - Insurance - City - £80,000

Wise May are looking for a Talent Manager to join this extremely dynamic and forward thinking HR team in the heart of the City.

This role is to manage the attraction, acquisition, selection and onboarding of new talent and to manage the identification and development of high potential employees including the succession plans. This is an opportunity to implement ideas and make improvements to the recruitment process.
