Are you a talented and experienced recruitment sourcer & advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be instrumental in attracting top-tier talent and shaping the future of their organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to growth while utilising your expertise in full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote our client's employer brand and represent them at career fairs and industry events.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to measure success and drive process improvements.
  • Partner with the DEI team to create and lead initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy, and internal policies.

Experience required:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced matrix environment.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practises.
