Role: Talent Acquisition Partner - French Speaking

We are working with a global retail organisation who are looking for a French-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to join their HR team on a 12 month FTC to start in January. This role will hire across the UK and Europe and is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their recruitment career.
You must be fluent in French as this role will work a lot with the teams in France, as well as the wider Europe. Travel will be 10-20% of this role, visiting sites across the UK and Europe to build strong relationships and understandings of each location.
Responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across all international offices, centre teams and functional heads
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process including:
- Advising and coaching hiring managers on recruitment best practices
- Proactively sourcing, interviewing and offering suitable candidates
- Supporting the Head of Talent with creating and implementing the recruitment strategy across the group
- Managing the employer brand including building and using your social and professional network to raise the company profile
- Educating the wider business as needed
- Participating in wider HR projects and initiatives including diversity and inclusion and wellbeing
They are open to someone with agency or internal recruitment experience, but you must have the drive and passion to step into a busy and international role. They require you in the office 3 days a week.
