Our client are an innovative and immersive hospitality business who are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join them for a 12 month fixed term contract.

With a passion for people, culture and engagement, you will work closely with the HRD and other key stakeholders to engage their people by creatively communicating the company’s purpose, goals and successes. As well as attracting and retaining top talent and following their journey within the business.

The ideal candidate will need experience in implementing an ATS, streamlining processes, and developing templates—essentially overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle.

You will have strong experience of recruiting for a diverse range of roles and are skilled in leadership communication, channel management, internal events and partnering and you are able to engage and inspire people.

Ideally you should come from a fast paced background such as retail, events, hospitality, sports etc but you could be operating as an HR generalist with experience of recruitment and a passion for Talent Management, alternatively you are a Recruitment specialist with a desire to still recruit but focus on broader Talent Managment too.
