- Take ownership of the talent function, providing an excellent experience for all candidates that apply
- Partner with the head of HR to create and drive attraction and recruitment strategy plans within the business
- Provide advice to hiring managers and senior stakeholders in best hiring practices and strategies, using available data where needed
- Engaging in Employer Brand and promote the talent team's image internally and externally
- Produce reports and metrics on hiring to share with senior managers when required
- Manage the graduate programme, internships, and work experience opportunities
- 5 years minimum experience in a similar role in the F&B industry
- A proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent
- Eager to make impact and contribute ideas
- High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal English
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload using initiative
- Impeccable stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritise
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of Emotional Intelligence
