The RoleAs an internal TA Partner, you'll lead on full-cycle hiring across technical roles, bringing in exceptional talent across the UK, US, and beyond. You'll be embedded in the business, working closely with leadership to shape hiring strategies, refine the processes, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
What you'll bring:?? Proven experience managing the full recruitment life-cycle within technical disciplines?? Strong understanding of hiring in the USA market (this is essential)?? Expert user of Greenhouse ATS - if you haven't used it, this role isn't for you?? Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment?? A collaborative approach; know how to partner with stakeholders and hiring managers
