Your new companyYou will be working for a global pharmaceutical company based in Central London.This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 60% of the time with the remaining 40% as WFH.Your new roleYou will be working as a Temporary Talent Acqusition Partner for an initial 4 month period however there is potential for this role to extend.The Talent Acquisition Partner will provide staffing and recruiting solutions in order to find the most qualified candidate at the right time to meet the business needs. This position will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition UKI & International and partners closely with other HR team members supporting the recruitment efforts across UKI & International. The person in role will create and execute sourcing strategies to identify the most qualified and diverse slate of candidates to fill open positions within the organization. This individual will focus on building talent communities and pipelines for critical positions by leveraging existing technologies and resources (i.e. Applicant Tracking & Candidate Relationship Management system databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), advanced sourcing (i.e. Boolean search methods, social networking, research tools, etc.) and other creative techniques. Cultivates and maintains relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities. This position serves as one of the first points of contact a potential employee has with the company, requiring an individual that can communicate with individuals at all levels. Some duties will include:

  • Work with team to develop and execute programs, strategies, and tactics to ensure that the company is positioned as a premier employer to continuously attract and build a pipeline of top talent
  • Support the design and placement of recruiting related advertising and marketing to ensure that the company brand and image is consistently applied in all recruiting activities, with support of HR
  • Support the administration of internal referral program, ensuring high quality standards and response rates
  • Team effectively with HR colleagues to assist in developing strategies to recruit diversity candidates across the company
  • Champion new process improvements created by TA leadership in order to create a first in class candidate experience from the first point of candidate contact through onboarding
  • Manage vendor contracts/relationships with all relevant job posting sites - establish preferred supplier strategy to ensure optimal vendor performance and appropriate pricing
  • Develop and execute a broad range of planned, innovative, and effective sourcing strategies to generate a strong and diverse candidate flow
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current and future client base.
  • Deploy a range of selection techniques to assess the suitability of candidates and standardise corporate interviewing processes and strategies
  • Develop key relationships with hiring managers, senior management, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to effectively consult, collaborate and deliver on hiring strategy
