A global retail brand are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Recruitment team based in London for a 9m Maternity Cover. This is a role to start ASAP!

As a part of the TA team, you will be tasked with hiring mostly marketing and other corporate roles, independently managing the full recruitment lifecycle for your client group including sourcing, engaging and recruiting new talent across EMEA.

There is also a lot of scope for wider project work around EVP, improving processes and more - particularly around data and systems.

This is a fast paced, 360 end to end TA partner role, the ideal candidate will be happy to roll up their sleeves and deliver, as well as working more strategically. You will have at least 5 years experience working in a recruitment role in house, across the business. Ideally you will have worked across EMEA.

They operate a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office.
