Are you a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner with a passion for scaling teams in startups, fintech, and IT? We’re seeking a strategic recruiter to drive global hiring across Tech, Operations, and GTM roles.

Our client, currently with a small but dynamic talent acquisition team, is looking to expand by bringing on an experienced TA Partner to support aggressive recruitment goals for 2025. If you’ve successfully worked in a tech startup or fintech environment and are ready to take on exciting challenges, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Tech, Operations, and GTM roles worldwide.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Scale teams quickly and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
  • Navigate global hiring, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and cultivate a strong employer brand.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in startups or high-growth sectors.
  • Expertise in global hiring and scaling teams.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and stakeholder management.
  • Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments and across diverse time zones.
  • Experience with ATS systems (e.g. Workday, Greenhouse, iCims).
