The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to attract, assess and secure high-calibre Recruitment Consultants to join PageGroup, and support the business in maximising revenue and meeting its key objectives. The successful candidate will need to initiate and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and combine quality recruitment skills with a proactive and rigorous approach to sourcing talent.

Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have 2 core focus areas: hiring and business partnering.

The successful candidate will be proactive in sourcing new talent. Using all the resources available to them, the successful candidate will be proactively, and professionally, representing PageGroup in the external market as employer of choice. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure that that recruitment process is adhered to, ensuring an objective a non-bias outcome is always achieved, and upskilling the business in best practice, where needed. In addition, it will be important for them to ensure that the fair assessment process is documented, and all relevant tools are updated as necessary.

Equally important, the successful candidate is responsible for building strong, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders. They will embed themselves in their business partner area, regularly updating with stakeholders to ensure that the Talent Acquisition team is up to date with any business changes and on top of hiring requirements. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will take accountability for the hiring needs in their business partner area and will ensure these needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Locations in London, Manchester or Birmingham and requires 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home.

Profile

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will:

  • Have a proven track record in internal or agency recruitment
  • Have a proven track record of hitting targets
  • Have demonstrable experience of stakeholder management at all levels
  • Have a track record in relationship management.
  • Ideally, have a track record in hiring recruiters or sales/commercial professionals
  • Be a self-starter
  • Have strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Be willing to travel when needed
