Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition & People Lead, where your primary focus will be on recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract and retain the best talent that reflects our brand and values. You will also support the People team with other HR responsibilities, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and managing the interview process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance on selection processes.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with diversity, equality, and inclusion goals, actively promoting an inclusive hiring process.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and arrange temporary staffing cover when needed.
  • Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate employee data and efficient system use.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations in handling sensitive information.
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key hiring performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and positive employee experience.
  • Provide support across the employee lifecycle, including drafting contracts, coordinating induction schedules, and facilitating smooth offboarding.
  • Assist with day-to-day employee relations and HR admin tasks as required.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and provide HR advisory services to ensure best practices.
  • Contribute to HR projects and recommend new approaches that drive continual improvement in business objectives and employee development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing employee relations and providing HR advisory services.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in IT and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
