We are seeking a talent acquisition coordinator to join their dynamic and fun talent acquisition team in a key role where you will provide a range of scheduling, data, and comms support. This is a varied role where you will work with experts in their field in a global environment with high pressure but interesting work and perks for days!

Duties:

  • Updating the Applicant tracking system and ensuring all data is correct and accurate
  • Schedule and coordinate extensive interview programmes both in person and via video ensuring all necessary logistics are arranged and all parties are informed
  • Upload and update job descriptions across all systems
  • Manage inboxes quickly handling or escalating as necessary
  • Work with MS Office to manage and present data as required to support the team's reporting
  • Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and high-quality touchpoints
  • Support the recruitment process with initial screening calls as required
  • Process invoices and expenses on time using the online portal

You:

Ideally, you will have worked in a recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR environment before, but if you are an exceptional coordinator with transferable skills from a similar fast-paced environment, then we absolutely want to hear from you!

  • Strong academic qualification, degree level or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced global environment ideally within professional services
  • A natural relationship builder
  • A positive attitude, thrive under pressure and a passion for getting it right
