We are currently seeking a Talent Partner, to work with our global FMCG client UL, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position can be based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey or open to working fully remote. This full-time temporary role is for for 6 Months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to 46,500 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.

The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

We are seeking a dynamic and agile Talent Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and the ability to manage a high requisition workload. This role involves working on both internal and external hiring to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of requisitions efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Kingston working environment:

  • Contractors who are based at Kingston will be eligible to get free parking at a local carpark
  • There is a Staff Shop located on the Ground Floor next to the main entrance, where Contingent Workers can buy discounted products.
