Summary

You will have an integral part to play in the hiring process. You will support the Head of People, Talent, and Culture in attracting, sourcing, screening and potentially interviewing job talent for open positions in the business.

Duties

  • Create a pipeline of experienced talent to support all recruitment needs, across the business.
  • Continuously improve recruitment and retention infrastructure and processes, to enable the company to achieve its goals and objectives.
  • Support the Head of People, Talent & Culture to ensure all resourcing and recruitment requirements are met and aligned with business plans.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, employment reference checks and resourcing talent.
  • Support the recruitment process from start to finish from selection via job boards right through to the induction in terms of arranging induction days.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess the suitability of applicants for a job.
  • Supporting with writing and posting all job adverts, conducting pre-screen interviews.
  • Following up right to work checks.
  • Obtaining references.
  • Database management.
  • Support with any exit interviews that need to be conducted, issuing end of employment letters and communicating leavers to the wider company.

Requirements

  • IT proficient (Microsoft Outlook, Basic Excel (filtering, sums, using Excel to calculate)
  • Ideally possessing experience from within a similar role
  • Able to conduct right to work checks
  • Ability to speak on the phone to internal and external partners
  • Proactive and thinks outside the box
  • Must be able to work with sensitive and highly confidential information
