Talent Coordinator

Our client are a Global professional services company with an amazing culture! This is an exciting time to join this forward thinking organisation who are known for retaining and developing their talent!

We are seeking a talent acquisition coordinator - for a 1-year fixed term contract - to join their dynamic and fun talent acquisition team in a key role where you will provide a range of scheduling, data and comms support. This is a varied role where you will work with experts in their field in a global environment with high pressure but interesting work and perks for days!

Duties:

  • Updating the Applicant tracking system and ensuring all data is correct and accurate
  • Schedule and coordinate extensive interview programmes both in person and via video ensuring all necessary logistics are arranged and all parties are informed
  • Upload and update job descriptions across all systems
  • Manage inboxes quickly handling or escalating as necessary
  • Work with MS Office to manage and present data as required to support the teams reporting
  • Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and high-quality touch points
  • Support the recruitment process with initial screening calls as required
  • Process invoices and expenses in a timely manner using the online portal

You

Ideally you will have worked in a recruitment, talent acquisition or hr environment before but if you are an exceptional coordinator with transferable skills from a similar fast paced environment then we absolutely want to hear from you!

  • Ideally you will be able to start asap ! But please still apply if you have a notice period of up to one month
  • Strong academic qualification, degree level or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced global environment ideally within professional services
  • A natural relationship builder
  • A positive attitude, thrive under pressure and a passion for getting it right
